The Yukon's Emergency Medical Services (YEMS) team delivers a wide scope of pre-hospital care. We deliver medical interventions, treatments, and critical care in every corner of the Yukon. Leadership, dedication, and partnership guides our work. We enact these qualities from the moment we receive a call to the time when we transfer a patient at a health care facility.

**Your role**

Reporting to the Logistic Coordinator, Logistic Technician works out of the warehouse and is responsible for carrying out supply chain management functions for Yukon EMS such as the shipping and receiving of various medical supplies and equipment, participating in ongoing inventory management and control functions, operating, and maintaining warehouse equipment and computer systems, and moving various goods and supplies throughout the Yukon to support EMS operations.

- Experience working in a warehouse environment/setting.
- Experience with inventory management such as shipping and receiving, stocking inventory, and/or transferring goods.

**_Conditions of employment_**

You must meet the following conditions before being hired, or within the time frame noted.
- RCMP Security Check
- Valid Class 5 Drivers licence

**_Job requirements_**

This position is required to work in a warehouse setting and complete physically demanding work that includes lifting 25-50 lbs, bending, and climbing. Will be exposed to noise and environmental conditions. This position is required to travel as needed.
