**The Role**:
As a Perio Coordinator at Riverpark Dental, you will be the vital link between our skilled dental hygienists and our valued patients. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and coach patients, guiding them through their periodontal maintenance treatment plans. You will discuss their goals, track their progress, and celebrate their successes, all while ensuring they understand the value of continued periodontal care.

**What You'll Do**:

- Act as a liaison between the dental hygienist and patients, facilitating clear and compassionate communication.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, encouraging them to follow through with recommended treatment plans.
- Discuss patients' periodontal goals and advise them on their progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
- Serve as a patient coach, motivator, and friend, providing support and encouragement throughout their treatment journey.
- Promote the importance of periodontal maintenance programs and help patients see the long-term benefits of continued care.
