**The Position**:
We’re looking for experienced part-time or full-time AP course instructors.

Experienced teachers and educators will be providing support for training and online teaching.

AP Instructors will be provided with all teaching materials, curriculum and digital teaching equipment. In addition, instructors will be compensated for all training.

**Salary Range**: $65+ per hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach with passion - want to positively influence student achievement and make a meaningful difference in how online education is delivered and received.
- Learn and implement creative uses of online learning technology.
- Host engaging and welcoming virtual classrooms.
- Adjust lesson structures as needed to help students succeed.

**Requirements**:

- A teacher’s certificate.
- Prior experience in teaching AP courses.
- A growth mindset.
- Strong and clear communication skills in the online space.
- A high level of empathy and social skills: must be able to think flexibly, adapt to changes with a positive attitude, and connect meaningfully with students and administrative team members.
- Relevant experience in teaching, professional development, or curriculum implementation.
- Fluency in English.
