Patrick Sprack Limited (PSL) was formed in 2006 as a Preventative Maintenance Oriented HVAC company. Since this time, we have become a reputable and leading Northern Ontario HVAC-R contractor to the mines, industrial sites as well as commercial properties.

PSL provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, petroleum, propane, and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits and new installations for commercial and industrial mechanical systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Applies insulating material to exposed surfaces and structures, such as air ducts, hot and cold pipes, storage tanks, and cold storage rooms.
- Read blueprints and selects required insulation material (in sheet, tubular, or roll form), such as fiberglass, foam rubber, Styrofoam, cork, or urethane, based on material's heat retaining or excluding characteristics.
- Measures and cuts insulation material to specified size and shape for covering flat or round surfaces, using tape measure, knife, or scissors.
- Fits, wraps, or attaches required insulation material around or to structure, flowing blueprint specifications.
- Covers or seals insulation with preformed plastic covers, canvas strips, sealant, or tape to secure insulation to structure, according to type of insulation used and structure covered, using staple gun, trowel, paintbrush, or calking gun.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be reliable.
- Knowledge of, and skilled in, the standard practices, methods, materials, and tools of the insulation trade.
- Knowledge of insulation materials and techniques.
- Ability to work from English oral and written instructions, sketches, and diagrams.
- Ability to maintain good relationships with other trades.
- Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
- **Ability to work on rotational schedule**
