**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct at least one but ideally two session per week.
- Plan and conduct a variety of outings tailored to the interests and preferences of the client
- Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of the client at all times
- Attend mandatory bi-weekly or monthly team meetings.
- Take initiative and proactively identify opportunities to collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure program consistency.
- Communicate progress to the BCBA regularly.

**Qualifications**:

- Be able to provide a criminal record check.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.
- Strong communication ability.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with neurodivergent youth, such as those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, or learning disabilities is an asset but not required.
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Those with swim experience are encouraged to apply

**Working Conditions**:

- Competitive pay with an hourly rate commensurate with experience.
- Option for additional hours after completion of training.
- Payment provided through online AFU Portal and is contract based.
- Flexible hours
