The Champion Group of Companies is looking to hire a full time GPR Scanner for our Concrete Cutting and Coring division. The GPR Scanner will be responsible to interact directly with customers and clients, perform and analyze scans, document critical data, write comprehensive reports, and inform clients of findings.
Expectations and Requirements:
- Has a technical aptitude.
- Is self-motivated, can work independently, has good time management skills.
- Able to lift 50lbs or more and be mobile.
- Previous experience or background with GPR, concrete scanning, utility location and/or general construction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has the ability to write reports, document data and communicate findings.
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities, while still achieving assignments and customer deadlines.
- Can work a flexible schedule - including nights/weekends as required.
- Must be comfortable working on small to large construction sites; including at heights as well as in confined/restricted spaces.
- Valid Class 5 AB Driver’s License with a clean driver abstract; own transportation is required.
Compensation:
- Competitive wage based on experience.

- GPR equipment certifications: Hilti, GSSI, Proceq

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
