**Job Description**:

- Operating and maintaining aquatic harvesters: The primary responsibility of the operator is to operate aquatic harvesters to remove aquatic vegetation from ponds, and retention areas.
- Ensuring safety: The operator must ensure the safety of themselves, other team members, and the public while operating the equipment. This includes following safety protocols and guidelines and wearing appropriate protective gear.
- Removing aquatic vegetation: The operator must use the harvester to remove aquatic vegetation from bodies of water, ensuring the safe and effective removal of the vegetation without causing damage to the environment or the equipment.
- Disposing of vegetation**:The operator is responsible for transporting and disposing of the harvested vegetation via small dump truck (Class 5.)**:

- Communicating with team members and clients: The operator must communicate effectively with other team members and clients to ensure the success of the project and provide updates on the progress of the removal.

**Requirements**:

- Experience operating aquatic harvesters considered an asset
- Possess good communication skills,
- Be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (Manual transmission is an asset)
- Able to work long days Monday
- Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
