Homestead Co-op is hiring a Full Time Lumber Manager at our Carman Home Centre location.

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
Reporting into the Home Centre Manager, this position is a member of the Leadership Team, and is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Lumber Team Members to ensure operational efficiencies and processes are followed to align with the strategy, objectives and vision of the respective department. This role will work with the Home Centre Manager to determine current and future capabilities required for effective execution of merchandising, marketing, image/fixed assets, talent development in addition to driving sales.

- Must have a minimum of Grade 12 or G.E.D. with preference for post-secondary education (business diploma or degree)
- Must have previous experience of 3-5 years in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities, with preference to Home Centre experience.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
