Hybrid Infusions is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance/Site Services Technician to join our expanding team.

As a skilled Maintenance/Site Services Technician, you will be a crucial member of our Operations team, supporting production departments through ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and sanitation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our facility by servicing, inspecting, and maintaining equipment, as well as performing repairs. You will also play a vital role in scheduling and documenting maintenance activities for various equipment pieces. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to troubleshoot and navigate challenges throughout the facility, ensuring efficient operations.

Joining our incredible team will provide you with the opportunity to foster a culture of fun and innovation. As part of the Operations team, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the facility. You may also have cross-training opportunities, allowing you to provide support in areas such as cultivation, processing, packaging, shipping, and receiving.

**Tasks the Maintenance/Site Services Technician executes**:
As the Maintenance/Site Services Technician, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities related to maintenance, sanitation, and general labor. Here is a summary of the tasks and abilities required for your position:
Maintenance:

- Conduct routine servicing and inspection of equipment, documenting and maintaining records.
- Replace consumables like filters for equipment.
- Install new equipment and replace or retrofit equipment.
- Follow specific order-of-operations when handling sensitive materials and equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
- Schedule and conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and tools.
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with production department leads to implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment components.

Sanitation:

- Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and handle recycling.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in restrooms, offices, workspaces, and lunchroom areas.
- Ensure highly sanitary conditions inside cultivation and grow rooms.
- Maintain cleaning logs and adhere to the assigned schedule.
- Collaborate with cultivation and processing teams to clean and sanitize equipment.
- Clean highly controlled grow rooms while maintaining strict standards.
- Possess a working knowledge of cleaning agents, processes, procedures, and sanitation equipment.
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Accurately complete written and digital sanitation records.

Site Services:

- Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of interior and exterior operational spaces.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, inspecting and cleaning incoming equipment and materials.
- Stay organized, pay high attention to detail, and remain focused with mínimal supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized working space, following facility sanitation and safety standards.
- Regularly inspect the site perimeter.
- Perform snow removal and other outdoor upkeep as required.
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. **Certificate in a relevant technical field is preferred**:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures and best practices
- WHMIS or chemical handling training
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well independently or with a team
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Custodial or sanitation experience
- Facility maintenance experience
- General labor experience
- Experience in the cannabis industry

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or degree in a relevant technical field is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
