**Position: Cassandra Admin**

**Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2-3Days / Week)**

**Long Term Contract**
- Proficient in setting up, managing and scaling Cassandra clusters
- Understanding of Cassandra architecture including data models, partitioning and replication
- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration
- Experience with monitoring tools and automating tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, python, etc.
- Experienced in diagnosing and resolving complex issues within Cassandra environments
- Able to efficiently perform root cause analysis of issues
- Experience with migration strategies and tools, particularly for upgrading or migrating Cassandra clusters
- **Devops skills**
