Automotive Apprentice

As a family owned Napa Auto Pro We are seeking a highly motived individual with experience working in the trade who would enjoying troubleshooting and working in a busy 4 bay full service shop

**Duties**:

- Automotive repairs and maintenance tasks
- Perform automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations and repair, brake inspections, full brakes as well as suspension, transmission, and electrical work
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in the automotive industry
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Automotive Service Technicians License, or desire to become Technician Apprentice through Provincial schooling
- Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems
- Own set of tools is an asset
- G Level Driver License and clean driving record

As an Apprentice Automotive Technician, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced automotive repair environment. This position will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your skills in the automotive industry. Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

- automotive technician: 2 years (preferred)

- Driver's License (preferred)
