We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Computer Technician/Assistant Manager on a full-time or part-time basis.

**The Role**:
As a Computer Technician/Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting in the management of daily store operations. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers with their technical inquiries and provide recommendations for products and services.
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support the store manager in administrative tasks and decision-making.
- Proactively seek opportunities to generate new business and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation.
- Manage inventory control and order supplies for the store and service area.
- Step into the role of acting Store Manager as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in computer repair and technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic accounting.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
- Experience with Quickbooks or N-Central RMM would be an asset.
- Legal eligibility to work in Ontario, Canada.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
- Computer repair: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
