Here's how an Integrated Construction Technology Coordinator for our BC Region office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Builds virtual models from plans, specifications, and elevations with direct supervision.
- Collaborates with the project team on the development of construction site logistics models.
- Collaborates on the trade partner model coordination process and reports to the project management team, as appropriate.
- Assists with model updates.
- Supports the project team in the creation and processing of RFIs.
- Promotes the use of virtual construction tools and processes to project staff.
- Shares new technologies with project teams and seeks to drive adoption of PCL technologies through operational processes.
- Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors' degree, diploma, or 2-year certificate in a buildings-industry related discipline (e.g., architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), civil, architectural).
- Some co-op or relevant experience in a construction environment preferred.
- Drafting and modeling experience.
- Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D construction drawings and specifications is an asset.
- Working knowledge and training in 3D modeling software and the ability to create content in VDC software is an asset.
- Exposure to 4D scheduling software and planning tools is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret markups to construction drawings.
- Ability to participate in trade coordination meetings and understand trade partner deliverables and scope.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.

PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. Any salary range displayed by a job board is an estimate. The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $70,000. Your salary, which considers your unique qualifications and experience, is just one component of the robust total rewards you'll enjoy at PCL. This may include an employee share purchase offering, discretionary annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits and wellness programs, retirement plan plus matching, and career development programs.
