**Responsibilities**:

- wired Ethernet or Fibre cable inside or outside buildings
- Install Equipment at the customer site
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the customer site based on request
- Support and visit business and residential customers if required
- Other on-site and in-office technical support, if assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Background of electrical or networking
- Experience in IT support, installation, or electrical
- Excellent people skills, communication skills and self-management skills
- Honesty, integrity and a genuine desire to help
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in small places cannot have fear of heights and claustrophobia
- Willingness to learn, undertake new challenges and complete work within assigned time frames
- Able to work independently
- Must have a strong commitment to safety
- Must be well organized and be able to work well individually and as part of a team
- Must have a valid Class G Driver’s License and clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
