**Career Opportunity**
Drive Autogroup currently has an opportunity available for an experienced Parts Manager. The Parts Manager is the leader of the Parts Team and their primary objective is to motivate, encourage, and inspire thier team and parts department. They should be able to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all customers, both internal and external.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain proper parts inventory levels.
- Prepare an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for the Parts Department and monitor the department's performance
- Responsible for onboarding, training and development of Parts Department.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and the Body Shop Manager to ensure the availability of parts
- Handle all customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain a positive relationship with customers and focus on problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to establish and control inventory systems.
- Knowledge of parts pricing procedures.
- Conduct monthly meetings with department employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest.
- Report performance goals and achievements on a regular basis.
- Responsible for inspecting each part received for accuracy, proper pricing and damage.
- Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner that does not expose yourself or other employees to unnecessary risk of injury
- Review the previous month’s sales/profit to determine where improvements can be made.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and the Body Shop Manager to ensure the availability of parts.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience as Parts Manager
- Prior CDK experience a must
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an engaging attitude.
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Ability to manage customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
- Organized and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow standard procedures.
- Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Must be available to work Saturdays as required.
