POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Server, you are the face of our business, and ensure that the guest experience consistently meets (or exceeds) expectations. Responsible for food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and aiming for every new customer becoming a regular, you embody and share our Company values: Be Real, Have Fun, Own It, and Grow With Us
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides a guest experience that inspires a return visit
Works collaboratively with front
- and back-of-house team members
Advises guests of special items, accurately takes drink and food orders, delivers when ready
Acts in quality control capacity for every item served, assesses customer satisfaction at critical service points (at service, immediately after, following meal)
Seeks out opportunities to personalize the guest experience, within acceptable professional parameters
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Confident in delivering great service in a bar/restaurant environment
Highly collaborative
Adaptable, able to prioritize and make decisions with agility
Serving It Right certification
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in a busy bar/restaurant service role
Knowledge of products (food and beverage) relevant to our brand
