- Responsibility for assessing school-aged children.
- The ability to work collaboratively with school-based teams, teachers, education assistants and administrators.
- The ability to assist with the development of Individual Education Plans.
- The ability to write psycho-education reports for school teams and report results to parents.
- Ability to complete a variety of behavior assessments and report to a multi-disciplinary team.
- Membership in the Association of BC School Psychologists (College of Psychologists).
- School-based experience.
- Extensive experience in performing psycho-educational assessments for a full range of students
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Extensive experience assessing students with learning and behaviour challenges.
- Eligibility for BC College of Teachers preferred.
- A Masters degree in School Psychology.
