Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a. As a Bellman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all our customers. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and amenities
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
- Assist with luggage handling & guest requests
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel setting is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
