Sample Department Technician

**Job Overview**
The Sample Department Technician supports the sales team with sample requests that cover all categories of Centura's product offering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble all types of sample orders (loose samples, display board, chain sets) as requested by the sales team.
- Accurately cut, arrange and label all sample boards according to the designed templates. Sample board output may be tracked for quality assurance and quantitative purposes.
- Maintain inventory levels of the sample department library for all staff to pull from
- Organize weekly sample orders and provide all required information to the warehouse team for shipping.
- Become familiar with Centura’s product line.
- Showroom panels and display refresh as required.
- Customer panels as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Construction knowledge and safe use of power tools
- Attention to detail for a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of the team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills to track order progress.
- Positive, co-operative and respectful attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
- Analytical and creative thinking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
