VP Sales - Painting Estimator

**Objectives**:
Estimating & Sales of +$1,500,000.
- Complete estimates and close paint jobs at a high success ratio.
- Execute, Maintain and Develop sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
- Maintain our significant customer relationships to continue to drive ourindustry leading repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-drivendecisions to optimize our sales process.
- Maintain our sales forecasting process to provide accurate revenueprojections.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with key industry stakeholders andinfluencers.
- Have a seat at the table to provide strategic input to the executive team andshape the company’s overall direction and growth.

**Salary**: $77,381.05-$127,000.00 per year
