**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will implement age-appropriate curricula and engage with children through play-based learning activities that promote exploration and discovery.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children aged 12-19 months.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves.
- Observe and assess children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
- Facilitate daily activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play and structured learning experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for children.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with young children and their families.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to early childhood education settings is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
