Generator Field Technician

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the Generator Field Technician will be responsible for the following:
Embrace new technology for diagnostics and data gathering.

Focus on a high level of customer service and communications

Looks to develop their skill set and product knowledge through classroom, hands on and virtual training and with customers.

Mentor and coach junior technicians.

Readily adapt to changing work environments and work assignments.

Diagnose and complete complex repairs to generators and components at the customer’s site and at the shop.

Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner. Anticipates and ensures prompt efficient attention to customer needs.

Complete required documentation, such as service paperwork via handwritten and electronic forms.

Maintain vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.

Use Service Fusion daily to clock in/out for each shift.

Sundry duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $25.00-$31.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- mechanical: 5 years (preferred)
