Lighting Quotation Spcialist

Job Description: Inside Sales Representative and Lighting Quotes

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timly quotes and build out alternative lighting packages for our customers.
- Help in the warehouse on an as needed bases (10% of your time)
- Conduct business development activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base, which include project quotes.
- Make warm and outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Research and identify target markets and industries for sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 3 years (required)
