Climbing Arborist

Are you passionate about arboriculture and skilled in the art of climbing? Sarginsons Tree Services Inc is seeking a dedicated Climbing Arborist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform tree pruning, removals, and maintenance tasks using industry-leading climbing techniques.
- Safely operate and maintain arborist equipment, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
- Collaborate with ground crew to ensure efficient and safe execution of tree care services.
- Provide expert advice on tree health, diseases, and appropriate care practices.
- Uphold company safety and environmental policies during all operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Climbing Arborist.
- ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proficient in the use of arborist tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper care techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clean driving abstract.
- DZ license is an asset.

**Location**:

- Enfield, Ontario (Job yard location).
- Servicing Durham Region, Kawartha Lakes, Toronto, and GTA.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- climbing: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
- Air Brake Endorsement (preferred)
