GreenSaver Home Energy Services is growing again We have an immediate need for a Spray Foam Team Lead to join our team.

**Job Type**: **Full Time, Permanent**

**Reports to**: **Supervisor, Retrofits and Operations Manager, Retrofits**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Residential and commercial projects, including but not limited to the following:

- Air barrier systems and transition membranes
- Interior or exterior insulation installation
- Attic, slope and flat roof insulation
- Basement insulation
- Wall insulation with cellulose, spray foam and kit foam
- Exterior wall air barrier and insulation systems
- Air sealing, including weather-stripping on doors
- Lead a team of 2-4 employees, with strong attention to detail managing site documentation.
- Complete job preparation as required including removal of insulation and debris from homes.
- Job documentation:

- Before and after photos, pre-existing damage photos, etc.
- Material tracking sheets
- Consent forms signed by the homeowner
- Promptly communicate updates or hazards to the appropriate parties, most importantly your supervisor and the homeowner or contractor.
- Create a safe and clean work environment, including but not limited to: the work vehicle, jobsite, warehouse, etc.
- Other duties as requested and assigned by the Operations Manager, Retrofits or Supervisor Retrofits.

**Physical Activity Description**:
Physical activities include, but are not limited to:

- Physical requirements: Manual dexterity, standing for extended periods; bending, crouching, kneeling, standing with weight
- Climbing up and down stairs in houses and on trucks and crawling into crawl spaces
- Pulling, pushing and torso twisting movements to transfer materials from truck
- Occasionally lifting and carrying of insulation with weight up to 50 pounds
- Working in cold, hot, and humid conditions
- Working at heights

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of spray foam insulation experience.
- 2+ years of team management experience.
- Spray Foam License is an asset (Caliber, UFC or CUFCA).
- Valid G Drivers License.
- Effective written and oral communication skills (ability to speak, read and write English).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- General tool skills including hand tools.
- Works well under pressure.
- Criminal Background Check and Drivers Abstract (to be completed by Greensaver).
