We are looking to add a Technical Business Analyst to our corporate team

**What You’ll Do**
- Collaborate with c - level stakeholders to align our SaaS product roadmap with our strategic goals
- Work with the Product Owner to define epics and user stories
- Translate business strategy, vision, and customer insights into clear product requirements
- Work closely with the process team to ensure technical specifications align with organizational goals and objectives
- Create documentation around process requirements
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the software delivery process and team culture

**What You’ll Bring**
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Experience in the Information Technology space
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to speak to technical and business stakeholders alike, as well as the ability to liaison between groups
- Strong strategic skills, with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into actionable insights and execution plans
- Ability to breakdown and prioritize complex requirements into clear specifications
- Self - directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects

**Nice To Have’s**
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field of study
- Experience working with executive stakeholders
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, as well as a solid understanding of data models and entity relationships
- Experience working in an agile environment; CSM or CSPO certification is an asset
