Boulanger/ Bakery Worker/ Bread Maker

Responsabilités : Préparer la pâte, la manipulation et les préparations de pâte pour réaliser un assortiment de pains ; suivre les instructions et nettoyer après chaque tâche. Nettoyer les comptoirs et désinfecter les zones de travail.

Exigences : Ponctuel, Respectueux et capacité à travailler seul. Diplôme professionnel de Boulangerie requis, en prime des connaissances en Pizza faisant un atout

Expérience : Expérience en machine à pain de 1 ans et plus, un atout

Disponibilité : Disponibilité à temps plein ou à temps partiel : tôt le matin à 5h (pas de week-end)

Description : La Pizzeria Redipizza est un nouveau restaurant de style familial moderne servant une authentique pizza de style romain à la tranche, en demi-plateau et/ou en plateau complet. Pizza rectangulaire. Pizza au taglio. Nous proposons également des pains artisanaux, un excellent café italien et des desserts.

Requirements: Punctual, Respectful and ability to work alone. Professional Bread Making diploma required, an extra bonus of Pizza making knowledge an asset

Experience: Bread maker experience of 1 + years an asset

Availability: Full time or Part time availability: Early Morning 5am (no weekends )

Description: Pizzeria Redipizza is a New Modern Family style restaurant serving Authentic Roman Style Pizza by the Slice, half and/or Full tray. Rectangular pizza. Pizza al Taglio. We also offer artisan breads, great Italian coffee and desserts.
