**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent Downs Construction Ltd. with professionalism and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Interpret and develop scopes for projects.
- Execute cabinet painting using HVLP spray systems, ensuring smooth, durable finishes on cabinetry, trim, and fine details.
- Repair and prepare walls, trim, ceilings, cabinets, and other surfaces for painting.
- Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety protocols.
- Accurately complete job-related documentation to ensure proper cost tracking for claims.
- Operate a variety of painting tools and techniques, including brushes, rollers, and HVLP spray equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites and in the warehouse.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment with various complex projects.
- Leverage experience and knowledge to complete jobs efficiently.
- Submit daily timecards.

**Job Requirements**
- Certified Journeyman Painter (Red Seal) an asset.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor, including managing teams and mentoring apprentices.
- Expertise in materials, tools, and painting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Valid BC driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Experience in the restoration industry is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills.

**Compensation**
- **Hourly Wage**: $32-$38 (commensurate with experience).

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
