- Are passionate about healthy, whole, organic foods
- Able to complete physically demanding tasks - standing for long periods, lifting 50lbs

**Roles + Responsibilities**

**Kitchen Service**
- Preparation of all menu items to the highest quality standards
- Maintain fluency and knowledge of all nutbar menu, kitchen operations, Food Handling policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory of kitchen supplies and place orders daily + weekly
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
- Successful executions of catering orders and/or special request

**Operational Excellence**
- Thorough quality assessment of all incoming product deliveries
- Complete weekly checklist (consistency spotcheck, cleanliness & safety checklist) & any other responsibilities assigned by Kitchen Manager
- Minimize food waste
- Support organized storage and inventory systems
