**Requirements**:

- Strong supervisory skills specifically with children
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Capable of organizing and controlling large numbers of children
- Strong communication skills

**Assets**:

- Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certification considered an asset.

**Rate of Pay & Hours of Work**:

- $15.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay with a time requirement of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours per school day, times TBD

The WBS P-8 Head Lunch Monitor will be responsible for working alongside the Admin Team to ensure the lunch time is positive and safe for students. The head lunch monitor will be compensated for the additional duties. Lunch Monitor hiring package can be found at wbs.hrce.ca Some duties may include: - tracking lunch monitor attendance - directing lunch monitor placement for supervision - supporting the lunch monitor team to handle conflicts and safety concerns in a restorative and positive way - additional duties as decided upon by the school team
