The Marketing Coordinator will work directly under the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the creation and implementation of new content for social media campaigns, designing new print advertising, assisting in event coordination, managing handouts and clothing inventory and various other marketing tasks for all of the Bobcat dealerships in the Oaken Equipment dealer network. You will be tasked with creating ad graphics, strategies, videos and text covering a wide range of topics including in-house shop and equipment content, on-location customer demos and testimonials, and visiting our dealer network branches to generate new content. You will help manage our social media platforms through scheduling, posting and community engagement as well as assist in larger scale marketing campaigns to ensure congruent messaging across all channels.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Develop social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter)
- Develop content for social media pages using design & editing programs
- Visiting customer jobsites to record customer demos and testimonials
- Analyze trends in social media to generate new content ideas
- Outreach to potential industry influencer regarding equipment demos & partnership opportunities
- Creating handout & direct mailer promotion designs
- Marketing material inventory management & distribution

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Currently enrolled in a post secondary education program
- Experience with social media functionality & marketing campaigns
- Some experience writing website copy (SEO optimized)
- Experience with graphic design and ad creation
- Experience with the Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop & After Effects)
- Experience with video editing is a plus
- Excellent writing skills
- Must have access to your own vehicle and a valid Driver’s License
- Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
