As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Electronics Technician** to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
The Electronics Technician will be responsible for the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems and components. You will work closely with production teams to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a keen understanding of electronic circuits, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, test, and calibrate electronic components and systems according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty electronic equipment, identifying problems through testing and diagnostics.
- Ensure all products are in compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Rework of SMT and Through Hole components meeting IPC Class Standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, schematics, and production files.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, tools, and testing equipment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, rework, and final assembly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: $19.50-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
