**Compétences**:

- Lire et interpréter des dessins, des schémas et des diagrammes d’assemblages électromécaniques.
- Sertir des fils et des câbles électriques de différents types et de différentes dimensions à partir de contacts, des cosses et d’épissures variés.
- Installer les câbles, les faisceaux électriques et les sous-assemblages selon les marqueurs, le diagramme de câblage et les dessins dans le cabinet.
- Fabriquer des faisceaux électriques selon les exigences des dessins, des schémas et des procédures de travail (routing boards).
- Effectuer l’assemblage mécanique des pièces d’avionique à l’aide de dessins, progens, etc.
- Effectuer des travaux de brasage tendre selon les normes et les exigences des dessins, des schémas et des procédures de travail.
- Effectuer le guipage manuellement ou avec la machine selon les requis du bon de travail.
- Monter, ajuster et installer des pièces ou des éléments préfabriqués (montages, systèmes hydrauliques ou mécaniques) sur des systèmes électromécaniques.
- Modifier ou ajuster des pièces électromécaniques complexes et de petites dimensions.
- Connaître les normes de précision.
- Connaître les règles de santé et de sécurité au travail, notamment le SIMDUT.

**Academic and Professional Qualifications**:
Professional Study Diploma in Aircraft Electrical Assembly. Any other equivalent combination of the required qualifications will be considered.

**Job Profile**:
**Skills**:

- Read and interpret drawings, schematics and electromechanical assembly diagrams.
- Crimp different types of wires and cables of various dimensions using different contacts, lugs and splices.
- Install cables, wiring harnesses and sub-assemblies according to markers, cabling diagrams and cabinet drawings.
- Build wiring harnesses according to drawing, schematic and work procedure requirements (routing boards).
- Perform the mechanical assembly of avionics parts with the help of drawings, progens etc.
- Perform soldering work according to work procedures and drawing and schematic standards and requirements.
- Perform manual or mechanical braiding according to work order requirements.
- Assemble, adjust and install parts or prefabricated elements (assemblies, hydraulic or mechanical systems) on electromechanical systems.
- Modify or adjust complex or small electromechanical parts.
- Be familiar with precision standards.
- Be familiar with occupational health and safety standards, especially WHMIS.

**Practical Experience**:
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
