What We're Looking For:
An enthusiastic individual eager to immerse themselves in the world of lavender farming, product development, and customer engagement. As our Lavender Farm Intern, you'll be a vital part of our team, contributing to various tasks across the farm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in day-to-day farm operations, maintaining the health and beauty of our lavender (Spring to Fall)
- Assist in the crafting of our all-natural skincare and home products.
- Engage visitors with informative and friendly interactions.
- Take on a pivotal role in managing our retail space, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle diverse responsibilities, including inventory management and supporting the President + CEO

Must-Haves:

- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic farm setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is crucial.
- Strong computer skills, with social media proficiency and design skills being highly desirable.
- Retail or customer service experience, with a knack for engaging customers.
- Detail-oriented approach, especially in inventory management and task execution.
- Eagerness to learn about lavender farming, product development, and retail management.

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
