**Taches et responsabilités du poste**

Recueillir les pièces de la presse selon les paramètres établies en performance de rendement.

Faire le contrôle de la qualité prévu conformément à la fiche critère, effectuer des inspections visuelles et tactiles afin de détecter toute écart de qualité.

Disposer les pièces de façon à respecter les schémas d'emballage: nombre de pièces, longueur, largeur et hauteur.

Prendre connaissance de la documentation en début de quart (fiche critère, annexe, schéma d'emballage, compteur, etc...).

Être en mesure d'utiliser les outils d'inspection conformément à la fiche critère: gabarit, balance, règle, etc...

Compléter les fiches de contrôle selon les directives de la fiche critère.

Poinçonner les étiquettes en respectant le standard demandé (date jullienne, année, quart de travail et numéro d'employé). Apposer les étiquettes en s'assurant de la conformité de l'identification du produit. Compléter toutes autres informations requises (heures de début et de fin).

Si les produits le requiert, aller les porter dans les fours conformément à la fiche critère (mode de séchage ou thermique, température et mode d'emplacement dans les fours).

Compléter les feuilles de rejets en identifiant bien le problème rencontré (remplissage, propreté, gonflage, etc...) et disposer les rejets dans les contenants appropriés.

Communiquer à son supérieur immédiat toute problématique rencontrée ou information pertinente qui pourrait avoir un impact sur le bon déroulement des activités (TRG).

**Salary**: $18.00-$18.60 per hour
