**JOB TITLE**: CLIENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

**STATUS**: FULL-TIME

**REPORTS TO**:DIRECTOR, CLIENT OPERATIONS

**LOCATION**: VAUGHAN, ON/HYBRID

Soroc Technology Inc. is looking for a dynamic and customer focused **Client Operations Manager** to join our team
- Note: *This position does require travel to various customer locations throughout Toronto and the GTA._

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic service objectives based on defined accounts to achieve corporate goals with focus on customer service and delivering service efficiently
- Determine customer needs and drive Service to successfully meet targets
- Manage the account to ensure client needs are being met. Manage client escalations
- Work with the account team to ensure proper and timely delivery and customer satisfaction from the various lines of business within Soroc.
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Provide regular daily support as well as 24x7 on call support for the client
- Work with the account team on creating client presentations around new and emerging services that Soroc Technology Inc. offers
- Create and present monthly SLA and Governance report to the client and Executives
- Create onboarding and process documents
- Ensure full understanding and knowledge of client contracts and statements of work. Assist in developing and writing contracts
- Work with the client regarding invoicing and contract renewals
- Support clients through special projects and requests when required

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- ITIL/ITSM experience is an asset
- Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Displays great active listening skills
- Excellent Customer relations skills mandatory
- Team player assisting co-workers when the need arises
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
