The Clinic Coordinator coordinates the provision of clinical primary care services, IT, and facility management. They also provide leadership and management in the development and delivery of primary care services in accordance with the Strategic Plan to meet organizational requirements and ensure effective use of resources.

Job Duties
- To coordinate and supervise the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of day to day clinical primary care services.
- Responsible for the staffing of the Medical Office Assistant (MOA) and determing the appropriate compliment of staff to meet service needs
- Participate in the selection, evaluation, and development of MOA staff resources, and supervise MOA staff in the daily delivery of services.
- Coordinate MOA staff schedules and manage planned and unplanned absences.
- Participate in the completion of reports, development of manuals, policies and procedures, proposals, and data queries.
- Inventory management; responsible for all clinical and office supplies being ordered and stocked in a cost-effective manner.
- Act as the liaison with our IT provider to ensure electronic systems are in good working order for staff to prevent any disruption of services.
- Facility Management; ensure the facility is secured, clean, maintained and in good working order for the daily delivery of all services (act as liaison to the Building Manager).
- Support the operational needs of the After-Hours Clinic.
- Network, liaise and maintain vendor partnerships to ensure the effective delivery of services such as the hospital, lab, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Two to three years healthcare administration experience. This includes organizational development, performance evaluation, conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Experience in project management, human resource planning and management and the development of policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
