We are currently looking for a full time **Interlock Foreman** to join our growing team
Our ideal hire would have an in-depth understanding of construction projects and experience in leading a construction crew and interlocking projects
**_As an Interlock Foreman, you will be responsible for:_**
- Understanding and following directions from the site supervision/project management staff.
- Clarifying the scope of work with site supervisors and reporting/addressing any possible concerns.
- Setting up the site for efficient and effective installation.
- Installing and/or repairing interlock
- Use of a variety of hand and power tools, including quick-cut saws, shovels, hammers, wheelbarrows, etc.
- Ensuring the crew provides a high-quality product and finishes the job on time and according to job specifications.
- Completing site reports based on actual site production.
- Completing safety forms and ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Adhering to all applicable safety policies, practices, procedures and standards.
- Properly operating and maintaining vehicles/machines according to manufacturers specifications, including completing detailed daily inspections.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with all site personnel.
**Compensation and Benefits**

- Significant experience in interlock projects is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment
- A high degree of professionalism
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- A valid Driver’s License
