**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Vacate the houses as they return to possession.
- Separate the original keys and leave one key in the lock box on the front door of the unit.
- Locate floorplans, measure the house, and draw out the existing floorplan.
- Under the direction of the Site Quality Manager; create the demolition/ construction/ new/ lighting & power and marketing plans.
- Upload all drawings to SharePoint
- Place the approved permit in the front window along with the safety sheet and the “No Entry Without Authorized Personnel” sheet.
- Create the “Red Books” for each unit. Each book contains the safety package, 11 x 17 copy of the drawings, and a copy of the stamped engineers drawing.
- Attend the “Introductory Meetings” with new purchasers. Take note their needs and wants and discuss post meeting with the Site Quality Manager & Director of Operations. An options quote will be made up. When that quote has been signed by the purchaser an options drawing will be made up.
- Excel files for permits, lock box locations and codes must to be maintained and updated.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient skills in AutoCAD
- Willing and able to work well within a team environment
- Expert customer service skills;
- Experience working with an aging population providing customized support and services (an asset)
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Willingness to undergo on-going training
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blue prints
- Mathematical skills are an asset

**Requirements**:

- Min. 1-3 years of design experience, CAD system proficiency
- College Diploma in Architectural Technology program
- Vulnerable Sector Police Screening

**Working Conditions**
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours each day
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25+ pounds
