- Painter** to join our team in the Fraser Valley.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule work and assist Paint Supervisor in planning to ensure efficiency of production, demonstrating a clear understanding of standard works
- Attend safety and operational meetings as required
- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process; set processing variables; observe control points and equipment; monitor personnel and resources
- Keep equipment operational by insuring safe and proper use and calling for repair when required
- Mix epoxy primers and polyurethanes coatings to obtain desired color and consistency
- Examine all parts and components before and after paint and complete Quality Assurance reports as per procedure
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience in Industrial Painting is an asset
- Experience in Lead-Hand role an asset
- Reads and interprets drawings and specifications - manual or process
- Able to lift 50 lbs

- Operate general Painting tools and equipment
