**Please note the following position tasks**:

- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for various compensation models (salary, hourly, various shifts, averaging agreements, shift premiums, commissions) with utmost accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor time and attendance entries to ensure they are accurate and complete within the Time and Attendance records before processing payroll.
- Prepare and provide requested information related to Employment Standards audits promptly.
- Process and file Decree/Union dues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and complete year-end reports (T4, T4A, T2200) with attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional support to Human Resources in a high-volume environment.
- Calculate special payments, including termination and severance, shift premiums, overtime, retro, and stat holiday pay with precision.
- Possess extensive knowledge of Payroll legislation for Ontario.
- Have hands-on experience with ADP and be proficient in using it.
- Have an in-depth understanding of taxable and non-taxable benefits.
- Be highly proficient in Word and Excel, with fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Possess extensive experience in using QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other accounting software.
- Have experience handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, Invoicing, General Ledger, and Financial Statements with efficiency.
- Maintain and update all employee rates, salaries, banking information, time-off details, and position and status changes in the payroll system regularly and accurately.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
