**Job Summary**: We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. **Duties**: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus and explain daily specials to guests - Take accurate food and drink orders - Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately - Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience - Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area **Qualifications**: - Prior experience in the hospitality or food industry preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of food safety guidelines - Proficient in math for order taking and cash handling - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials to guests - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for guest interactions - Ability to provide high-quality guest services in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Server and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests
