- Liaise with clients to assess their service needs, offering technical advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports, documenting all maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all team members and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in service and maintenance.
