Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our team. As a Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes within the plant. This is a crucial role that ensures accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers.

**Duties**:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues
- Unload and load trucks using a forklift or other equipment
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items
- Ensure all shipments are properly documented and recorded in the warehouse management system
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize orders and meet shipping deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and stock replenishment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in operating a forklift or other material handling equipment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
- Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations for order picking and inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading/unloading trucks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $17.92-$24.95 per hour
