**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Poomsae TaeKwonDo Master to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced martial artist who is committed to teaching and inspiring students in the art of TaeKwonDo. The Poomsae Master will be responsible for educating students of all ages in the fundamentals and advanced techniques of Poomsae, fostering a positive training environment, and promoting the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance.

**Duties**
- Conduct engaging and effective Poomsae classes for students at various skill levels.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students while promoting group cohesion.
- Educate students on the principles and philosophy behind TaeKwonDo, emphasizing its physical and mental benefits.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their techniques and performance.
- Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and competitions to enhance student learning experiences.
- Maintain a safe and respectful training environment by enforcing studio rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with other instructors to create a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our school’s goals.
- Foster relationships with students and their families to encourage continued participation in classes.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in TaeKwonDo with a strong focus on Poomsae techniques.
- Proven ability to educate and inspire students of all ages, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts and instructions.
- A passion for martial arts education and a commitment to student development.
- Ability to swim is a plus but not mandatory; however, it may enhance student engagement during outdoor activities or events.
- Certification or black belt status in TaeKwonDo is preferred but not required; willingness to pursue certification is essential.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide students in their martial arts journey.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
