**YOUR ROLE**

**Responsibilities**
- Leads a small team of analysts
- Promotes and initiates continuous improvement increasing the efficiency and productivity of the team and generates superior business results
- Delivers weekly/monthly comprehensive and detailed monthly financial reporting to Sr Director, CSCO, Finance and key Commercial stakeholders for all Int'l shipments (inbound/outbound and eComm), where all cost drivers and variances are quantified and explained in detail
- Audits and processes invoices/csv files weekly
- Assists the Sr. Director in the preparation of budget/forecast
- Creates monthly financial KPIs showcasing opportunities for better cost control
- Supports Sr. Director and team with ad-hoc analytics or supplier facing needs (RFx quote comparisons, spend/account related carrier follow-ups, account setup/maintenance, etc.)
- Responsible for completing objectives setting for themselves and direct reports
- Participates in periodic staff meetings to discuss and align business opportunities and priorities
- With the support of the Sr. Director, is responsible for personal development and career planning

- 7-10 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Experienced people manager with a passion for people development
- Demonstrates leadership skills - knows how to connect and engage with colleagues, enhances dialogues in the workplace, encourages open and transparent communication, is a change driver with creativity and innovation in the workplace
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to manage large data sets (mastering of Excel is a must) and provide detailed reporting on variances
- Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills-ability to make complex concepts simple and present to business leaders and other company groups; skilled presenter
