Nous cherchons un Coordonnateur, Opérations, pour notre équipe grandissante
**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:
Tâches Journalières
EN DÉBUT DE JOURNÉE:
- Sortir la liste des dépôts de Progi et l’insérer dans le tableau des dispatchs de la semaine;
- Vérifier les inspections en attente, qui auraient besoin de vérifications;
- Vérifier les transferts disponibles de la part des ateliers;
TACHES QUOTIDIENNES
- ** PLANIFIER ADÉQUATEMENT LES TRANSFERTS VERS/DEPUIS LES ATELIERS DE RÉPARATION**
- En respectant le type de réclamations, le volume par type d’atelier
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les ateliers afin de connaitre leur situation hebdomadaire (capable ou non de prendre du volume)
- ** PLANIFIER ADÉQUATEMENT LE TRAVAIL DES VALETS**
- En respectant leurs horaires respectifs (heures travaillées, lunch, )
- En s’assurant que chaque valet effectue les tâches requises de leurs responsabilités.
- En planifiant les tâches de transfert en priorité puis les tâches connexes (nettoyage garage, inventaire des véhicules, disponibilités aux SAC2, dépôts, livraisons, lavage de véhicules, déneigement ).
- Assister les Directeurs d’Unité dans la gestion de la ponctualité des valets.
- Impliquer l’un des DU au besoin.
- ** GESTION DES DOSSIERS DE PLAINTE & DE REPRISES DE TRAVAUX**
- Étudier en profondeur le dossier pour déterminer les dommages reliés à la perte afin de déterminer si une plainte/reprise pourrait être, ou non, justifiée.
- Examiner le travail effectué de l’atelier de réparation afin de déterminer si l’ensemble des réparations ont été effectuées adéquatement.
- Communiquer avec les assurés pour discuter de leur dossier et le cas échéant leur expliquer la situation (reliée ou non + les raisons + les actions prises pour remédier à la situation, si applicables).
- Mandater un estimateur routier au besoin.
- Garder un log de toutes les plaintes justifiées, par atelier et par type de plainte (qualité, oubli,). Pour les reprises, les indiquer dans le récapitulatif hebdomadaire.
- Impliquer l’un des DU au besoin.
- ** COACHING DES AGENTS DE SERVICE CLIENTS PRINCIPAUX - SAC 3**
- S’assurer que les SAC 3 effectuent leurs dépôts et les livraisons de la bonne manière (incluant le remplissage de la fiche d’inspection, la prise de photos et les notes dans Audatex et Gudiewire).
- Au besoin, effectuer des audits réguliers par personne.
- Si nécessaire, vérifier les dossiers d’un SAC 3 systématiquement pour modifier une tendance acquise non adéquate.
- Partager tes connaissances.
- ** TACHES CONNEXES**:
- S’assurer de documenter toutes les informations relatives à un dossier dans Guidewire & Contact 360 (notes, documents.).
- Compléter les formations obligatoires dans le temps attribué
- S’entretenir avec DUs pour récapitulatif de la semaine (problématiques, bons coups, retards, manquement aux valeurs d’Intact ).
Tâches hebdomadaires
- Envoyer la liste de répartitions des dispatchs à l’équipe Nationale Chaine approvisionnement et DUs.
Autres T
- Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes et participer à divers projets en soutien au directeur d’unité.
- Générer divers rapports de performance.
- Concevoir et livrer des formations de perfectionnement aux agents.
- Identifier les actions nécessaires en temps réel afin d’optimiser la performance de l’équipe.

**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**:
- Idéalement DEC ou expérience pertinente
- 2 ans et plus
- Bonne connaissance d'Excel et de Word
- [Bilingue (français et anglais)] _Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des fournisseurs bilingues_
