Xico Enterprises Inc is a full-service interior and exterior painting company with more than 15 years of experience in the industry, currently located in Victoria, BC.

We do everything from custom homes to strata properties, from quick touch-up jobs to detailed high-end projects, from home repaints to commercial buildings.

You will be working on interior and exterior residential and commercial buildings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting.
- Clean up after painting jobs.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualification:

- Reliable and dependable with at least 4 years of experience in the painting industry.
- Ability to manage a small group of people.
- A hardworking individual with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organization, planning, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable vehicle / Driver's license.
- Fluent in english.
- Bilingual english-spanish is an asset.

**Salary**: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
