**Responsibilities**
Prepare and plate meals for a high volume kitchen servicing 30 seats
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Assist managers in ordering, maintaining and organizing inventory
Prepare MEP/Prep for ongoing daily operations and special events/catering
Provide occasional vacation relief for staff as required
Provide occasional early/late shift support for special events as required
Daily cleaning, preventative maintenance and identifying repairs
Additional duties as assigned
**Experience and Skills**
You have 3+ years of culinary experience with breakfast and lunch service and possess the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will have Food, Sanitation and Hygiene certification and be aware and attentive to all food allergies, sensitivities and preferences. You have a positive and professional attitude to your coworkers at all times and love to cook.

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
