**Job Description**:
**In this role you will**:

- Analyze and gather data about campaigns to report KPI performance to cross-functional partners and make decisions informed by data
- Identify A/B testing opportunities for lead generation, execute and optimize against your results
- Research and benchmark against market in order to continue to develop strategy

**Qualifications**:
**The qualifications and experience we like to see**:

- 3 years ‘experience using Klaviyo is a plus
- Proven experience working within an ecommerce brand
- Experience in copywriting and e-commerce strategy
- Solid understanding of CAN-SPAM and CASL compliance
- Experience in loyalty programs and reviews programs
- Analytically driven and ability to translate data into insights and action
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
